Scheduling

How We Schedule Across the County

Routes keep arrival times reliable.

  • Visits grouped by area, so we’re not crossing the county between jobs.
  • A text when we’re on the way, with a real arrival time.
  • The same price wherever you are in Santa Cruz County; distance doesn’t change the quote.
  • Weather-aware: roof and gutter work in dry conditions, inside glass on wet days.
Services by zone

Which Services Each Area Needs Most

Every service is available everywhere. These are the ones each zone tends to need.

When to book

Best Time to Book by Area

Based on rain, fog and tree cover.

ZoneBest times
CoastEarly October and late spring, plus a summer clean for oceanfront glass
Mountains and valleysEarly fall for gutters and skylights, mid-winter for a second gutter clean, spring for windows
South CountyAfter the dry season and again in spring
North Coast

Bonny Doon, Davenport and Rural Properties

Long driveways and hillside lots are part of the job up here.

  • Distance doesn’t change the price; access, height and job size do.
  • Gutters and skylights under trees are often the main work, along with windows.
  • Ocean-facing glass in Davenport gets wind and salt off the open coast.
  • We plan rural visits ahead, so tell us about gates, steep drives or dogs when you book.
Questions

Service Area FAQ

Do you serve all of Santa Cruz County?

Yes. From Davenport and Bonny Doon to Watsonville, including Scotts Valley and the San Lorenzo Valley.

Do you charge more for the San Lorenzo Valley or Bonny Doon?

Location doesn’t change how we quote. Access, height and the size of the job do.

Do you serve Watsonville and South County?

Yes, homes and storefronts, including commercial routes in South County.

How often should I clean windows if I live near the beach?

Quarterly for oceanfront homes, every four to six months within about a mile of the water.

Do you work outside Santa Cruz County?

We focus on Santa Cruz County. Call if you’re just over the line and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can help.

Is Live Oak part of Santa Cruz?

Live Oak is an unincorporated area between Santa Cruz and Capitola. Most of it west of 41st Avenue is on Santa Cruz city water.

Why do coastal homes need cleaning more often?

Fog and ocean spray leave salt and mineral film on glass as they dry, and it builds up faster close to the water.

Which areas have the hardest water?

Soquel Creek Water District, which serves Capitola, Soquel and Aptos, lists 100 to 370 ppm depending on area, and San Lorenzo Valley Water District reported a 218 ppm average for its Felton system in 2022.

Do you charge more for distance?

No. Within Santa Cruz County, the price depends on the job, not how far we drive.

Where can I find details for my area?

Use the area guides above. Each one covers local conditions, water, schedules and common questions.

Do you clean commercial buildings in every area?

Yes. Storefronts, offices and other commercial glass anywhere in Santa Cruz County.

Can you combine services in one visit wherever I am?

Yes. Windows, gutters, solar and skylights can be done in one visit anywhere we serve.
